ONLINE PAYMENT OF FEES

Dear Parents,

We are pleased to inform you that the Online Fees Payment Facility launched in 2020-21 for payment of the Monthly fees of your ward through the “PAYMENT GATEWAY PLATFORM” provided by our sponsor Bank – BANK OF INDIA has been successfully working. Please take note that those who are covered under the ECS Fee System will not be required to Pay through the Payment Gateway. Hence, they will be required to clear all their Dues through ECS only.

GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED UNDER PAYMENT GATEWAY

Please take note that as the School does not Issue any Fees Book for payment of Monthly Fees, you are therefore requested to utilize the Online facility for payment of fees of your ward. We are giving below the steps to be followed at your end for a smooth and successful payment:

Step - 1 :
Please go to the School Website www.agrasainboysschool.edu.in and Click the Orange Button “Payment” on the top right-hand corner of the Home Screen in the website as shown below. Read the Notice and click the button “Payment Now” at the bottom of the screen.

Step - 2 :
In the Online Fee Payment Portal fill up the 8 Digit Student ID Number in the Box provided and Click “Next” as shown below.

Step - 3 :
In the Payee Details fill up the Father’s Name, Mobile Number and Email ID in the space provided and Click “Continue”. Please confirm the Due for Months option at the end of the screen before clicking the “Continue” Button.

Step - 4 :
Please check the Payer Summary and then click “Confirm and Continue to Pay”. You are then taken to the Payment Gateway. Please follow the Screen Instructions for Payment of Fees.

Step - 5 :
The Final Step of the Online Payment Process is through the Bank Portal. After Step – 4, you are taken to the Payment Gateway. Please follow the Screen Instructions for Payment of Fees. You are requested to select the Scan QR option as it is the most reliable and secure mode of Payment. Please GENERATE the QR CODE and Pay your Fees by scanning the QR Code as shown below using any UPI Application: for Payment of Fees.

After your payment is successful, you will receive an SMS for the Payment made by you. Please take a print-out of the Transaction Receipt sent to you via Email for your record and reference or you may save a soft copy in your mobile or personal computer.

Please note that the amount given in the package is included in the amount of fees for the respective months and after adding the previous month’s Due Fees, if any or at all. You are requested to e-mail your query in case you have any clarification required regarding the Due Fees to: abscfo@rediffmail.com and CC to subhabhattacharjee50@gmail.com

Please also note that this Online Payment Facility will be available under one Payment Window of 10 days starting from 11th to 20th of every month. Monthly Fees must be paid on 15th of each month under ECS System and by 20th of each month under the Payment Gateway Platform. Payment of Fees made thereafter will be accepted with a LATE FEE FINE of Rs. 100 per month for each successive month till the date of payment.
